About My Neighbourhood

Welcome to The Tri-Cities!

Most of my 27 years as a realtor have been spent selling homes in the vibrant Tri-City neighbourhoods of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port Moody. In addition, I have sold properties in most neighbouring communities including Burnaby, Vancouver, North Vancouver, New Westminster, Surrey, Pitt Meadows and Maple Ridge... and beyond! Having such gorgeous neighbourhoods to sell homes in makes my job as a realtor even more delightful!

The Greater Vancouver area has so much to offer; there are few cities in the world where you can go skiing in the morning and then golf or go windsurfing that same afternoon, all in an absolutely stunning environment. Anyone who has visited our area can attest to the natural beauty that all regions of Greater Vancouver, the Lower Mainland, and especilly the Tr-Cities have to offer. I personally feel extremely grateful to reside and raise my family in this beautiful part of British Columbia!

I am thrilled to call this energetic neighbourhood my home! There are so many things to love about the Tri-Cities! With parks, mountains, trails, and water everywhere, what's not to like?

Port  Moody

Looking for an urban lifestyle? The trendy Newport Village, Klahanie and Suterbrook areas of  Port Moody, all boast a super easy walk to every possible type of shops, services and restaraunts available. Minutes away is famous "Rocky Point Park", situated on the beautiful Burrard Inlet, flanked by stunning walking and biking trails. The last stop of the West Coast Express to downtown Vancouver is found here, and the new Evergreen Skytrain Line will soon have a station in picturesque Port Moody. With it's many studios, galleries and artistic performances, Port Moody is aptly known as the "City of the Arts".

Like to shop? Coquitlam Center and Lougheed Mall are both located in Coquitlam, and the new Evergreen Line will soon be joining those two shopping destinations. The  Skytrain line will have it's final station at Douglas College, which is across the street from picturesque Lafarge Lake, where there's almost always a festival or celebration of some sort happening! Nearby are the two Westood Plateau golf courses and the "Coquitlam Crunch"...our gentler version of the Grouse Grind!  Burke Mountain is the newest developing area in Coquitlam, with all types of reasonably priced housing available. You want pretty views? They are boundless here!

Port Coquitlam

Have an active family? Port Coquitlam is very well known for it's myriad of parks: Gates Park, Lions Park and dozens more, strategically located in every little pocket of this great little city! Equally well known are the series of trails, in particular the Trabouley Trail, which connect the entire community, with a large portion of those routes saddling the Pitt River dyking system. Here you will find some of the most gorgeous, serene walking and biking trails ever! Port Coquitlam boasts two recreation centres which include an ice rink and indoor pool, and of course is home of the Terry Fox Run...a few reasons which make family-friendly Port Coquitlam home for my active family!Affordable housing for you and your family is readily available in lively Port Coquitla

The David Pathan Connector and Coast Meridian Overpass have both recently opened up many commuting options for those living in Port Coquitlam. Don't forget, the West Coast Express has stops in all three cities of Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam and Port Moody. All of the roadway and bridge advancements over the previous few years have made huge improvements for residents commuting in the area. Skytrain is stationed at Lougheed mall, with a number of direct bus connections to that station. Of course, the Evergreen Skytrain Line, with stops all along the corridor, will be coming to the Coquitlam Centre area in 2016, opening up commuting options for all three communities substantially. Please, let me help explain to you what your commuting options might be!
